James Morgon

James Morgon is a Partner at White Rock Investment Partners, where he focuses on strategic growth initiatives, institutional partnerships, and the firm’s expansion across Europe and the Middle East. Based in London, he brings deep experience in investment management, private markets, and cross-border advisory.

Prior to joining White Rock, Morgon served as Managing Director of the Milken Institute, Europe, headquartered in London. In that role, he was responsible for accelerating the Institute’s development and programmatic growth in the UK and Europe—building high-level relationships, engaging financial supporters, and bringing the Institute’s programming to the attention of influential leaders across sectors. He also helped oversee the development of the Milken Institute London Summit.

Earlier in his career, Morgon was Managing Partner of a London-based family office, where he identified local and international investment opportunities and led the firm’s deal team through due diligence and acquisitions. He also worked in investment banking and wealth management across London, New York, and São Paulo, Brazil, and founded an award-winning energy company that helped more than 2,000 UK nonprofits reduce consumption while creating sustainable employment for disabled and disadvantaged people.

Morgon holds a degree in Investment and Financial Risk Management from Cass Business School, London.
